What Can Happen to Your Public Housing Flat?
Read on for an overview of the public housing options that you can consider.
Exploring Your Housing Options
The Housing Options Explorer is a tool that gives you an idea of your eligibility to sell and retain your flat, and the finances you require to proceed with your preferred option. The consolidated information generated can also be used as a supporting document in legal proceedings if you decide to file for a divorce. This consolidated information can replace the need to print out the various information required from the MyHDB portal.
You will require approximately 5-10 minutes to fill in the form.
Minimal Form-filling
Log in to the Housing Options Explorer using your Singpass so that your HDB and CPF information will be pre-filled.
